Today, the founder of Nohô was interviewed by us! He’s a motorcycle enthusiast (you can also find an interview with an aerial sports enthusiast on Le Mag Nohô, or a kitesurfing enthusiast directly on our blog) and we were able to ask him the following questions.

Can you introduce yourself?

My name is Marc, I’m 55 years old, and I’m a business owner. Motorcycling has been a passion of mine since the age of 14, to the point of making it my profession: I’ve launched several specialist motorcycle stores. At the same time, I’m also the founder of Nohô, a platform dedicated to sharing and discovering passions.

Can you tell us more about your passion?

My passion for motorcycling began when I got my first bike at the age of 14. My cousin used to ride for fun, and my grandfather, who had been a motorcycle scout during the Second World War, was a great inspiration to me.
What I particularly like about motorcycling is the unique feeling of freedom and independence it gives me. I also appreciate the mechanical noise of engines, the sound that vibrates to the rhythm of the road.

How do you practice your passion?

I rode a lot with friends in my youth. Today, I prefer to travel by motorcycle, often in France or Europe, with my wife.
When I lived in Paris, the motorcycle was also a practical, unrestricted means of escaping the hustle and bustle of the city. It was a daily bubble of freedom.

What's your best motorcycling experience?

Without a doubt, our trips to Ireland with my wife. We went twice, and it was absolutely magnificent. The scenery, the roads, the atmosphere… everything was perfect.

Do you have any other passions?

Yes, I’m also passionate about cars. I studied in this field and worked in it for several years.
Apart from that, I love the cinema: I try to go several times a month. Music is also an important part of my life, even though I don’t play an instrument. I simply couldn’t do without it!

Do you have any other motorcycle projects in the coming months?

Yes, in 2025, I’m planning a road trip to Germany. The aim is to visit some car museums, but also to ride on the famous Nürburgring circuit.

I also want to explore my new region, Normandy, by motorcycle. The landscapes and small roads are perfect for this type of adventure.

In 2026, my wife and I plan to attend the Tourist Trophy on the Isle of Man, a legendary event in the world of motorcycling. It’s an unbelievable course where riders ride at up to 300 km/h through villages and small country roads. For many bikers, it’s a dream come true. We’ll be spending around ten days there, living this unique experience.

To remember

Marc epitomizes the motorcycle enthusiast, always on the lookout for new adventures and thrills. Between his memorable trips and ambitious projects, he proves that motorcycling is much more than a means of transport: it’s a true philosophy of life. 🚀

A big thank you to our founder, who lent himself to the game of this little interview!
