Numerology is a symbolic and vibrational discipline that allows you to get to know yourself better through numbers. Every date of birth and every life cycle hides a special energy. It is a path of personal exploration, combining intuition, introspection, and spirituality.
Laurence immersed herself in numerology a few years ago. What started as a curiosity has become a tool that she explores, refines, and shares. She tells us about her connection to this ancient art, which is at once mental, emotional, and philosophical. Because a passion is something to be lived, not just experienced behind a screen. And sometimes, it opens doors to parts of ourselves we never knew existed.
I first became interested in numerology about six years ago, somewhat by chance. I first looked at my personal year, a calculation based on my date of birth and the current year. What captivated me was that each number carries an energy, a vibration. I wanted to understand what these energies meant… and why they could block or, on the contrary, support momentum. That was the beginning of a personal journey.
I focus on two areas: the personal year and the soul path, sometimes called the life path. I mainly use the date of birth to make calculations. Each number from 1 to 9 has an energetic meaning. Some results are what are called “master numbers” (11, 22, 33) which cannot be reduced and have a deeper symbolic meaning. I don’t yet work with the letters of the first name or birth name, although this can enrich the analysis. For now, I’m sticking with an accessible approach, which I continue to develop.
It helps me understand my strengths, but also what I perceive as “weaknesses.” It’s a bit like when you’re asked in an interview, “What are your weaknesses?” Here, we’re not talking about weaknesses, but rather energy that is lacking or needs to be developed. It’s a very powerful tool for reflection. It also helps me guide young people in their career choices or early career decisions. I see numerology as a real framework for understanding the world and human beings.
I tried, yes. But it’s a little more complex with children born after 2000. Current reference works are often less suited to this generation. The calculations sometimes give very raw figures, and you feel that a different approach is needed. There is a lot of work to be done to rethink numerology for today’s children and teenagers, the famous “children of the 21st century.” It’s a subject that interests me a lot.
Sharing is important. I like being able to offer a curious person the beginnings of an analysis, starting with a calculation and seeing what it awakens in them. Numbers reveal energies, but it is the exchange that gives them meaning. For me, numerology is an invitation to ask yourself: “What am I missing today? What can I develop to move towards my dreams?” It’s a tool for moving forward, a discreet but valuable support.
Numerology, as practiced by Laurence, is not a fixed truth, but a sensitive key to better understanding one’s impulses, blockages, and life cycles. Whether through one’s life path, personal year, or master numbers, each number becomes a mirror.
It is a tool for learning more about oneself, realigning oneself, and making more conscious choices.
