Coronavirus: protecting yourself and others

Without a treatment, the best protection for you and nomads is to adhere to the protection and social distancing measures. In addition, wear a mask when a one meter distance cannot be maintained.

What are the protective measures?

The virus cannot spread on its own, it is individuals, carrying the virus, who spread it, so the following are some common sense measures.

Faced with respiratory infections, there are some simple actions you can take to ensure you and those around you stay healthy:

  • Wash your hands regularly.
  • Cover your sneeze or cough with your arm.
  • Use single-use tissues and throw them in the bin.
  • Do not touch your face.
  • Greet others without shaking hands, avoid hugs.
  • Maintain a distance of at least one meter from others.
